Build practical skill. Create your next opportunity.
Aari work combines a steady hand with thoughtful design placement. This course introduces frame preparation, fabric tension, tracing and the movement of the Aari needle. Learners explore how basic stitches, beads and other suitable embellishments create texture without losing the balance of the original design.
Repeated sample work helps develop consistency before applying a motif to a larger piece. Particular attention is given to neckline placement, neat reverse-side finishing and material choices. Learners can organise a stitch sampler and design record that support later blouse decoration, garment customisation or a small craft-service activity.
